While visiting this 3,100 sq. ft home, we fell for the significant volumes, large windows over the yard, and natural light. We were mainly stunned by the incredible sight of the Sakonnet River and wanted to emphasize the view by adding windows. The layout and finishes needed a bit of a refresh with sanded floors, a new kitchen, bath, and detailing.
